Philadelphia Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni apologized for losing his cool against a Bears linebacker on MNF.

Philadelphia Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni apologized for shouting expletives at Chicago Bears linebacker D'Marco Jackson during Monday Night Football. The incident occurred after Jackson delivered an illegal late hit on Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts during Philadelphia's 27-7 Week 3 loss in Chicago. Sirianni admitted he felt remorse and acknowledged that he should not have let his emotions get the best of him.
The hit temporarily forced Hurts out of the game, leading backup quarterback Andy Dalton to enter and throw an interception from the Bears' 2-yard line. Hurts subsequently returned to the contest, while the report noted prior sideline confrontations involving Sirianni, including an exchange with former wide receiver A.J. Brown in January.
