AJ Brown was ruled out for the New England Patriots in their loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars after he went down with an injury in Week 1 to the Seattle Seahawks.
Former NFL player Breiden Fehoko publicly praised wide receiver AJ Brown following the Philadelphia Eagles' 27-7 loss to the Chicago Bears. Fehoko noted that Brown's presence previously opened up the Eagles' passing game and created opportunities for teammate DeVonta Smith before Brown was traded to the New England Patriots.
Brown departed Philadelphia in a blockbuster trade for a 2028 first-round pick and a 2027 fifth-round pick after growing frustrated with his target volume and clashing with head coach Nick Sirianni. Although DeVonta Smith recorded six receptions for 65 yards against Chicago, Philadelphia's offense struggled significantly in their first defeat of the season.
