“Negative energy”: EFL expert predicts Blackburn Rovers to be relegated with Preston North End

EFL expert Ali Maxwell has predicted that Blackburn Rovers will be relegated to League One alongside Preston North End this season. Speaking on the Not The Top 20 Podcast, Maxwell cited squad depth issues and a sense of negative energy under manager Tony Mowbray. Blackburn currently sit in 16th place in the Championship table after winning two of their opening eight fixtures.
