U20 Elite League: Köln winger Mikey Moore scores again as Spurs loanee shines for England U20

England U20 secured a 2-1 victory over France in the U20 Elite League to continue their perfect start in the competition. Shumaira Mheuka opened the scoring for England following an assist from goalkeeper Ollie Whatmuff, before Tottenham loanee and Köln winger Mikey Moore doubled the lead inside the opening 20 minutes.

France pulled a goal back in the second half through a penalty converted by Angers forward Prosper Peter. Darren Moore's England side, captained by Mikey Moore, will finish their international break with an upcoming fixture against Germany on October 3.
