Norway boss issues new Martin Odegaard injury update as doubts over Arsenal star emerge

Norway head coach Stale Solbakken has revealed he remains unsure whether Arsenal midfielder Martin Odegaard will be fit to face Wales in Thursday's Nations League match. The Norway captain suffered an ankle issue following a tackle by Bernardo Silva during a 2-1 defeat to Portugal. Odegaard traveled to Cardiff but missed a training session while undergoing fitness testing.

Norway assistant Brede Hangeland confirmed that scans conducted by doctor Ola Sand showed no significant damage to the ankle. Teammates Kristian Thorstvedt and Julian Ryerson are also injury doubts ahead of the match against Craig Bellamy's Wales squad.
