Chase Harrington impressed many at Calgary Flames training camp, and while he may have had NCAA aspirations, those have been dashed following a recent announcement.

The Calgary Flames announced that 18-year-old winger Chase Harrington has signed his three-year Entry-Level Contract. Harrington was selected in the second round of the draft by general manager Craig Conroy and impressed during Calgary's rookie and training camps before being returned to junior hockey.
Harrington has been named captain of the WHL's Spokane Chiefs following his release from Flames camp, previously posting 57 points in 61 games during the 2025/26 campaign. His early contract signing provides the organization with contractual slide flexibility as he continues his junior development.
