Ian Pearce is a big player in Albion’s transfer recruitment scene - and his son Raffy is making waves in the world of management aged just 21.

Raffy Pearce, the 21-year-old son of West Bromwich Albion director of football operations Ian Pearce, is managing non-league club Jarvis Brook FC. Appointed on a permanent basis late last season, Pearce has guided the 10th-tier East Sussex side to a 10-match unbeaten streak in the Southern Combination League Division One, along with reaching the FA Vase first round.
The young manager, who also works full-time as an agent, credits his football knowledge to growing up around his father, a 1995 Premier League winner with Blackburn. Pearce is currently seeking coaching qualifications and regularly consults his father for advice as Jarvis Brook prepares to face Faversham Strike Force.
