Donna Vekic shared photos on Instagram from a getaway in Bangkok, Thailand, showing her relaxing by a hotel pool in a grey bikini ahead of her appearance at the China Open. Her vacation followed an exit at the Singapore Open, where she was defeated by Wang Xinyu in the Round of 32.

The article also highlighted Vekic's season milestone of winning the HSBC Championships at The Queen's Club in London as a lucky loser. She defeated Emma Raducanu in the final after reuniting with coach David Felgate just two weeks prior to the grass-court event.
