The New Orleans Saints have signed running back Ulysses Bentley IV to their practice squad following an injury to Travis Etienne. Etienne was placed on injured reserve with a hamstring injury and must miss at least four games, prompting New Orleans to add depth at the position.
Bentley originally entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent with the Indianapolis Colts in 2025 after playing college football at SMU and Ole Miss. The 24-year-old New Orleans native joins an active running back room that includes Alvin Kamara, Kendre Miller, and CJ Donaldson.
