Saiss is on the lookout for a new club after his contract ended with Al Sadd.

Former Wolverhampton Wanderers defender Romain Saiss has announced he is working toward his coaching badges while seeking a new club. The 36-year-old recently ended his contract with Qatari side Al Sadd but remains keen to continue playing, preferably in Qatar or the Middle East. Speaking on the Official Wolves Podcast, Saiss confirmed he is actively completing online work and assessments to transition smoothly into coaching once his playing days finish.
Saiss departed Wolves in 2022 after playing over 200 matches under Nuno Espirito Santo. Following his departure from England, he spent a season with Besiktas in Turkey before joining Al Sadd, where he made 21 appearances across all competitions last season.
