Benfica forward has started the 2026/27 season on fire

Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly tracking Benfica winger Gianluca Prestianni for a potential £85million permanent transfer, but face competition from Premier League rivals Aston Villa. Head coach Roberto De Zerbi is eyeing the 20-year-old following his strong start to the season, where he scored five goals and registered three assists across seven league games.
Aston Villa maintain a long-standing interest in the Argentine international, having previously attempted to sign him from Velez Sarsfield. Prestianni is under contract with Benfica until 2029, featuring a €100million (£85million) release clause that the Portuguese club hopes to extend.
