Everton midfielder Harrison Armstrong has covered more ground than any other Premier League player this season. The 19-year-old academy graduate has run 60.4km across the opening five league matches, placing him ahead of Brighton's Pascal Gross. Armstrong has started every league game under manager David Moyes, playing all but four minutes.
His highest total came during a 1-0 win over Ipswich Town, where he covered a league-high 12.9km. Armstrong is the first teenager since Ross Barkley in 2013/14 to start Everton's first five Premier League matches, and he was recently promoted to Lee Carsley's England Under-21 squad alongside club teammates Tyler Dibling and Tyrique George.
