Two football supporters suffered minor burns after a flare was thrown into the crowd during Portsmouth FC's match against Blackburn Rovers at Fratton Park on September 19. The pyrotechnic was launched from the away section into Portsmouth fans seated in the Milton stand. A five-year-old boy also had his clothing damaged during the incident.
Hampshire Police released CCTV images of a man they want to speak with regarding the incident. The pictures have been shared with Lancashire Constabulary, and authorities have appealed to the public for information.
