Police are seeking the public's help to identify a man after a pyrotechnic flare thrown from the away section injured two Portsmouth fans at Fratton Park. The incident occurred during Portsmouth's 2-2 draw against Blackburn Rovers on Saturday, September 19, when the flare landed among home supporters in the Milton end.

A 46-year-old woman and a 26-year-old man sustained minor burns, while a five-year-old boy had his clothing damaged. Hampshire & Isle of Wight Constabulary released three CCTV images of the suspect, which have also been shared with Lancashire Constabulary as part of the ongoing investigation.
