The former Manchester United manager, now 84, suffered a brain haemorrhage at the age of 76.
Former Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson revealed he was "terrified" when returning to Old Trafford in 2018 following brain surgery. Speaking to BBC Breakfast, Ferguson recalled attending a Premier League match against Wolves with his late wife, Cathy, four months after suffering a brain hemorrhage.
Ferguson also reflected on the frightening aftermath of his surgery when he temporarily lost his voice before working with a speech therapist. Now 84, the Scottish manager confirmed he is currently feeling well and is preparing to release a new book titled 'Games of My Life'.
