Sports lawyer Yasin Patel discussed Manchester City's appeal process and the legal implications regarding chairman Khaldoon Al Mubarak in an interview with Mark Brus. Manchester City have lodged an appeal against an independent commission's verdict, arguing that the findings contain material errors of law, principle, and fact, while maintaining their innocence over alleged financial breaches.
Patel outlined that potential sanctions could include substantial fines, transfer bans, and points deductions severe enough to cause relegation.
