Manchester United icon Wayne Rooney has dramatically changed tune and issued an apology to Benjamin Sesko after his unfair remarks.

Wayne Rooney has publicly apologized to Manchester United forward Benjamin Sesko after previously criticizing him for missing a match due to injury. Rooney had joined former teammates Paul Scholes and Nicky Butt in questioning Sesko's absence and choice of shin guards when he missed the 1-1 draw against Fulham.
Speaking on the Stick to United podcast, Rooney retracted his comments after learning Sesko may face a long-term absence. The Slovenian forward's shin issue forced him to withdraw from international duty, and United are yet to confirm how long he will remain sidelined.
