Hobart Hurricanes recruit Shai Hope continued his scintillating form with an unbeaten century to chase down India and avoid a series sweep

West Indies captain Shai Hope led his team to a five-wicket victory over India in the third and final one-day international in New Chandigarh. Chasing India's total of 351-7, Hope delivered an unbeaten 162 off 143 balls to secure the win with 10 balls to spare. Amir Jangoo added crucial support with 67 runs to help prevent an Indian series sweep.
Earlier in the match, India recovered from an early 2-4 slump thanks to a 137-run partnership between Rohit Sharma, who scored 92, and Ruturaj Gaikwad. KL Rahul subsequently produced a career-best, unbeaten 129 to set a formidable target, though Shubman Gill's side had already clinched the series by winning the opening two games.
