Manchester City have agreed a deal to sign 17-year-old Cavan Sullivan, who is getting better and better in the United States

Incoming Manchester City signing Cavan Sullivan has become the youngest goalscorer in the history of the US national team. The 17-year-old scored just five days after his birthday during a 3-0 victory against Mexico under manager Mauricio Pochettino. Sullivan previously signed an agreement to join Manchester City once he turns 18, following his breakthrough with Philadelphia Union in Major League Soccer.
His milestone comes after a fake quote falsely suggested his impending move was in doubt following an independent panel ruling against City. That report was debunked, and Sullivan remains expected to complete his permanent transfer to Manchester City as planned.
