One former Gers frontman knew his time was up when the wacky Portuguese coach rocked up at Ibrox

Former Rangers striker Martyn Waghorn reflected on his Ibrox career, stating that former manager Pedro Caixinha's arrival effectively ended his time with the club. After helping Rangers secure promotion back to the Scottish Premiership, Waghorn saw his playing time threatened when Caixinha recruited several new forwards, prompting his departure.
Waghorn, who retired from professional football roughly 18 months ago, described leaving Rangers after just two years as his primary regret. Despite his exit, the 36-year-old maintains affection for the club, recently representing Rangers at the Tennent's Sixes tournament and praising the team's direction under current manager Derek McInnes.
