The most valuable Premiership player revealed as a Rangers player

Rangers player Emmanuel Fernandez has reportedly been ranked as the Scottish Premiership's most valuable player by Transfermarkt, carrying an estimated valuation of around €16 million. The valuation contrasts with estimates from CIES, which had previously placed Celtic players Nygren and Kasper Høgh as the league's top two most valuable players.

Writer Sam Groves notes that Fernandez's value rose following his performances and goals last season alongside international recognition with Nigeria. The article argues that holding the league's top-valued player demonstrates progress in Rangers' player-trading model, aiming to develop young talent for substantial future profits.
