If Evan Mobley Hits the Trade Market, Should Bulls Consider Trading Matas Buzelis?

Writer Edward Perovic analyzes a hypothetical trade proposal suggesting the Chicago Bulls should consider trading forward Matas Buzelis if Cleveland Cavaliers star Evan Mobley becomes available. While noting there is no indication Cleveland is shopping Mobley or that Chicago wants to move Buzelis, Perovic explores whether the Bulls should weigh Mobley's established stardom against Buzelis' developmental upside.

Perovic argues that Mobley offers defensive certainty alongside rookie Caleb Wilson, whereas Buzelis represents younger, cheaper potential. The author concludes that while trading Buzelis remains a significant gamble, Chicago would have to listen if an established player like Mobley were offered.
