Jaylen Brown’s sharp 76ers debut a warning to the rest of NBA

Jaylen Brown delivered an impressive performance in his preseason debut for the Philadelphia 76ers on Monday. Brown scored a team-high 22 points in 17 minutes on 8-of-13 shooting, including three 3-pointers, as Philadelphia defeated the New York Knicks 120-97.

Brown played alongside VJ Edgecombe while key teammates Tyrese Maxey, Joel Embiid, and LeBron James sat out. Eric Smithling highlights that the strong showing offered a promising glimpse of Philadelphia's potential after acquiring Brown following his offseason departure from the Boston Celtics.
