A pair of reports make a Toronto Raptors trade for Myles Turner at some point this season not an if, but a when.

Sportsnaut's Jason Burgos highlights reports indicating the Toronto Raptors could eventually pursue a trade for Milwaukee Bucks center Myles Turner. Insider Kevin O'Connor noted that center remains a critical weakness for Toronto following Jakob Poeltl's injury issues and hefty contract. With the Raptors aiming to contend after reuniting with Kawhi Leonard, Turner has emerged as a prime candidate to address the position.
According to O'Connor, NBA executives believe the Bucks could look to move the 30-year-old Turner rather than younger center Kel'el Ware during their rebuild. Burgos notes that while Turner's shot-blocking and perimeter shooting fit Toronto well, moving Poeltl's remaining contract of over $83 million may require attaching a future first-round pick.
