Halifax Tides head coach Stephen Hart will depart the club at the end of the 2026 Northern Super League season. The move marks the fifth coaching change across the six-team NSL this year, leaving AFC Toronto's Marko Milanovic as the only manager to remain with the club they began the year with. The Tides will search for their third coach ahead of their third campaign in 2027.
Hart took over eight games into the inaugural 2025 season from Lewis Page. After a last-place finish in 2025, Hart guided the Tides to a 7-6-10 record this season, sitting just one point behind the Vancouver Rise for the final playoff spot with two matches remaining against Montreal Roses and AFC Toronto.
