Lakeeta Vacaro Hill testified during Day 1 of her civil trial in Miami, detailing domestic abuse allegations against her ex-husband, NFL free agent wide receiver Tyreek Hill. She alleged that Hill punched her in the stomach while she was pregnant in July 2024 and subjected her to a 30-minute assault.

Vacaro Hill filed for divorce in April 2025 following a police response to their Florida home. The civil trial coincides with ongoing speculation linking the free-agent receiver to potential interest from NFL teams, including the Kansas City Chiefs and the San Francisco 49ers.
