Kawhi Leonard Opens Up On Raptors Transition And Ongoing Preparations For Opening Night

Kawhi Leonard spoke to the media about adjusting to his return to the Toronto Raptors following a trade from the Los Angeles Clippers. The 35-year-old veteran explained that he is taking things slowly, learning head coach Darko Rajakovic's system, and familiarizing himself with his new coaches and teammates.

Leonard emphasized that he aims to support co-stars Scottie Barnes and RJ Barrett rather than overshadow them, while focusing on his shooting efficiency and defensive impact. Toronto acquired Leonard in an offseason trade that sent Brandon Ingram, Gradey Dick, and multiple draft picks to Los Angeles.
