Victor Olofsson has emerged as the Golden Knights' leading goal scorer through four games, providing an early answer to the loss of Pavel Dorofeyev.

Victor Olofsson scored two goals as the Vegas Golden Knights defeated the Seattle Kraken 6-2 on Tuesday night. Tomas Hertl added four points in the victory, while Olofsson remained Vegas' leading goal scorer through the first four games of the season. However, Olofsson did not finish the game after taking a questionable hit during a penalty-filled third period.
The 31-year-old Swedish forward rejoined the Golden Knights on a one-year, $1.6 million contract following previous stints with the Colorado Avalanche and Calgary Flames. Vegas currently holds a 3-1-0 record to start the season, with Olofsson helping to offset the offseason departure of Pavel Dorofeyev.
