MLB Pipeline has announced its 2026 All-Rookie First and Second Teams, recognizing the top-performing regular-season rookies based on their 2026 output. The selections highlight an impactful rookie class where 18 of the preseason Top 25 prospects reached the majors. Key First Team position players include Royals catcher Carter Jensen, White Sox first baseman Munetaka Murakami, Cardinals second baseman JJ Wetherholt, Tigers third baseman Kevin McGonigle, and Pirates shortstop Konnor Griffin.
The First Team outfield features Carson Benge of the Mets, Chase DeLauter of the Guardians, and Tristan Peters of the White Sox, alongside Reds designated hitter Sal Stewart. Pitching honors went to starting pitchers Parker Messick of the Guardians and Payton Tolle of the Red Sox, joined by Braves relief pitcher Didier Fuentes.
