LeBron James disputes story about confronting Joel Embiid at Sixers practice

LeBron James has publicly denied a report claiming he confronted Philadelphia 76ers teammate Joel Embiid for arriving late to practice. Broadcaster Mike Breen shared the rumor during Monday's Knicks-Sixers preseason telecast, stating that someone told him James reprimanded Embiid after the center walked onto the court late.

James addressed the rumor directly on Instagram, using a cap emoji and stating that Embiid had not been late. While the two stars previously teamed up for Team USA at the 2024 Olympics, this marks their first season playing together in Philadelphia.
