Western Force star and Wallabies forward Carlo Tizzano may be known as a breakdown specialist, but now describes himself as “nappy-changing expert” as he embraces his new role as a father.

Western Force and Wallabies flanker Carlo Tizzano has embraced his new role as a father following the birth of his son, Tyga, in June. Despite balancing international rugby travel with parenting demands, the 26-year-old forward shared that fatherhood has given him added motivation to perform and provide for his family.
Tizzano acknowledged the difficulties his fiancée Emma faces while he travels with the national squad across Japan, Argentina, and New Zealand. He also noted that Western Force teammate Brandon Paenga-Amosa provided valuable advice on navigating life as a parent in professional rugby.
