Here are each organization’s Prospects of the Year

MLB Pipeline has named the top hitting and pitching Prospects of the Year across every Major League Baseball farm system for the 2026 season. The selections follow the earlier announcement of overall honors, where Brewers infielder Andrew Fischer earned Minor League Hitting Prospect of the Year and Mariners left-hander Kade Anderson was awarded Minor League Pitching Prospect of the Year.

Nearly half of the 60 chosen players are ranked within MLB Pipeline's Top 100 prospects list. Four players earned repeat honors from the 2025 season, including Caleb Bonemer, Jacob Bresnahan, Theo Gillen, and Lazaro Montes, highlighting standout developmental campaigns across all 30 organizations.
