West Notes: Helleson, Moore, Kiviranta

Anaheim Ducks defenseman Drew Helleson is traveling with the team for an upcoming road trip, hoping to return Saturday against Calgary after missing time with a lower-body injury. Ducks head coach Joel Quenneville noted that fellow injured defenseman Ian Moore remains "a little bit away" from returning from injured reserve.

Meanwhile, Dallas Stars forward Joel Kiviranta will miss an upcoming road trip following an injury sustained while blocking a shot. Stars head coach Glen Gulutzan hopes Kiviranta will only miss about a week, though an injured reserve placement remains an option.
