Here's the latest from around the NFL on Wednesday.

Philadelphia Eagles running back Saquon Barkley and wide receiver DeVonta Smith both missed practice Wednesday with hamstring injuries ahead of their Week 5 game against the Jacksonville Jaguars in London. Barkley is considered week-to-week, while Smith remains sidelined after missing last week. Their absences compound depth issues alongside injuries to Dallas Goedert, Zack Baun, Quinyon Mitchell, and the recent retirement of right tackle Lane Johnson.
Elsewhere across the league, Washington Commanders quarterback Jayden Daniels was a full participant in practice following an elbow dislocation. In Baltimore, quarterback Lamar Jackson missed practice due to an ankle injury ahead of Sunday's game against the Atlanta Falcons, while the Los Angeles Chargers expect to be without right tackle Joe Alt against the Denver Broncos.
