Köln coach René Wagner has explained England U19 international Reigan Heskey’s limited playing time so far, while emphasising how highly he rates the former Manchester City prospect.

Köln coach René Wagner has explained the limited playing time for former Manchester City youngster Reigan Heskey. Despite joining the Bundesliga club for a reported €2 million fee in the summer, the 18-year-old winger has played just 15 minutes in one league match and was recently excluded from two consecutive matchday squads.
Wagner noted that Heskey still needs time to adapt to the physical demands, intensity, and transition speed of the Bundesliga. However, the manager praised Heskey's work ethic and high ceiling, stating he has unlimited potential. Meanwhile, Heskey featured in three matches for England's U19s, scoring in a 2-1 win over the United States.
