While working as an extra ahead of the matchup against the Vancouver Canucks, the milestone marked the first time he practiced without a non-contact yellow jersey.
Jarvis noted to reporters that shedding the non-contact sweater was the biggest step in his recovery process as he prepares to absorb contact again.
