MLB Pipeline has announced its organizational Prospects of the Year for 2026, honoring the top hitting and pitching performers across each farm system. To be eligible for selection, players had to appear on their team's Top 30 Prospects list at some point during the season. Nearly half of the 60 selections are ranked on the overall Top 100 prospects list.
The organizational honors follow the earlier naming of overall award winners, including Brewers infielder Andrew Fischer as Minor League Hitting Prospect of the Year and Mariners left-hander Kade Anderson as Pitching Prospect of the Year. Fischer hit 48 home runs during the campaign, while Anderson compiled a 1.06 ERA across 93 1/3 innings before earning a major league promotion.
