Dutchman has made the most of his time on the sidelines
Tottenham forward Xavi Simons has been accepted into the Crossover Into Business Program at Harvard Business School. The Dutch international announced the news via LinkedIn, explaining that he wants to understand the business side of the sport and continue learning away from the pitch while rehabilitating from an injury.
Simons has been sidelined since suffering a ruptured ACL in April, which caused him to miss the 2026 World Cup. As he works toward a return for Roberto De Zerbi's side around the new year, he joins former Chelsea players Cesar Azpilicueta and Juan Mata in pursuing studies at Harvard.
