The Philadelphia 76ers will not have multiple players in their second preseason game against the Brooklyn Nets.

LeBron James is set to make his preseason debut for the Philadelphia 76ers on Thursday against the Brooklyn Nets, marking his first appearance with his new team. However, the 76ers announced that five players will miss the matchup: Anfernee Simons, Dominick Barlow, Adem Bona, Ariel Kukporti, and Tacko Fall.
Philadelphia is expected to showcase a new-look starting lineup featuring James, Tyrese Maxey, VJ Edgecombe, Jaylen Brown, and Joel Embiid. According to ESPN's Dave McMenamin, this core group will likely receive a limited workload and only play during the first half against the Nets.
