The Sharks came from behind twice during regulation before Ivan Stenberg assisted Nurse on the game-winner, lifting San Jose to a 3-1-0 record with all three wins coming in overtime.

Connor McMichael opened the scoring for St. Louis before Tyler Toffoli equalized in the second period. Dillon Dube restored the Blues' lead with a short-handed tally early in the third, but Collin Graf answered for San Jose.
