Tim Sherwood is Tottenham’s best points-per-game manager, and he has thoughts on De Zerbi

Former Tottenham Hotspur manager Tim Sherwood has assessed the club's poor start to the Premier League season, arguing that manager Roberto De Zerbi is not under pressure despite a winless five-game run. Sherwood claimed the board fully trusts De Zerbi after heavily backing him with ten summer signings, although Spurs currently sit bottom of the table following a 3-2 home defeat to Aston Villa.

Sherwood criticized the squad's leadership and the impact of the new arrivals, stating that none have impressed him so far. He highlighted Tottenham's ongoing struggles at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, noting that the team lacks the characters and leaders required to fight back from losing positions.
