Former UFC fighter and U.S. Army Green Beret Tim Kennedy was reportedly shot multiple times during an ambush in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The incident occurred on September 17 during an operation involving Vectus Global, an entity spearheaded by Blackwater founder Erik Prince.
According to reports, Kennedy was shot three times in the leg and is currently in stable condition. The ambush also resulted in the death of former New Zealand special operations soldier Justin Conaglen, while the group was operating to protect mining revenues and combat smuggling.
