Arsenal have been linked with a move for Como star and former Real Madrid playmaker Nico Paz

Arsenal reportedly face a major obstacle from Real Madrid in their pursuit of Como playmaker Nico Paz. Mikel Arteta's side holds an interest in the 22-year-old Argentina international, but Madrid possesses an advantageous buy-back clause from when they sold him to the Serie A club in 2024.
According to reports, Madrid's buy-back clause is valued at €80 million (£67.9 million) and becomes active in the summer of 2027. Paz remains a key player under Como manager Cesc Fabregas after scoring 13 goals last season.
