F1 can't seem to run to a normal timetable in the last few days after the sprint race for the Singapore was delayed in the final moments just before the race

The Formula 1 sprint race at the Singapore Grand Prix faced a last-minute delay on Saturday due to a sudden torrential downpour. Scheduled to begin at 5pm local time, the start was postponed just ten minutes prior as heavy rain created concerns regarding a waterlogged track. Officials eventually confirmed a new start time of 5.30pm following a track inspection by the medical car.
This incident follows a series of recent scheduling disruptions in Formula 1, including a 40-minute delay at the Sepang race last weekend. Additionally, Friday's qualifying session in Singapore experienced its own technical issues, including a timing tower failure and a brief, accidental activation of the overtake mode caused by human error. These events continue a trend of unpredictable conditions and logistical challenges impacting the current racing calendar.
