Golden State Warriors guard Brandin Podziemski has agreed to a five-year, $110 million rookie-scale contract extension. According to reports, the fully guaranteed deal includes a mutual option in the fifth year for the 2031-32 season, as well as a trade kicker. The agreement prevents Podziemski from entering restricted free agency next summer ahead of the October 19 extension deadline.

Podziemski will earn $18.9 million in the first year of the extension, featuring eight percent annual raises up to $25 million in the final option season. The guard led Golden State in total minutes played last season, appearing in all 82 games while averaging 13.8 points, 5.1 rebounds, and 3.7 assists.
