Isack Hadjar expressed confusion over a severe lack of pace after struggling with an "undriveable" Red Bull car during sprint qualifying at the Singapore Grand Prix. The French driver will start the sprint race from ninth place, while his teammate Max Verstappen claimed pole position.
Hadjar reported fighting the car throughout the sessions, encountering bottoming-out issues in practice and engine troubles during his final run. His SQ3 soft-tire lap was nearly nine-tenths slower than Verstappen before being deleted for a track-limits breach.
