The league champions will welcome second-placed Cardiff Rugby to their new-look home at the Royal Dublin Society site on Saturday evening, with a bumper crowd expected for the landmark fixture.

Leinster Rugby will play their first BKT United Rugby Championship match at the redeveloped Laya Arena on Saturday evening against Cardiff Rugby. The move follows two seasons of playing at the Aviva Stadium, marking Leinster's return to the Royal Dublin Society site under a new 25-year agreement. Head coach Leo Cullen praised the return to a venue that offers a genuine club atmosphere.
The €52 million redevelopment project expanded the stadium's capacity to 20,600, featuring the newly built Anglesea Stand which holds 6,775 spectators. Defending champions Leinster are aiming for their first victory of the season after opening their campaign with two losses in South Africa against the Lions and the Sharks.
