Former Premier League defender James Collins suffered a third-round knockdown before losing by split decision in his Misfits Boxing debut on October 10 at London's Copper Box Arena. The 43-year-old former West Ham United, Aston Villa, and Wales international took on social media personality Big Stacks, whose real name is Charlie Richard, in a four-round undercard bout.

Despite having only about four weeks of preparation, Collins beat the referee's count following the heavy knockdown and finished the contest. Big Stacks secured the split-decision victory, with the judges scoring the fight 39-36, 37-38, and 38-37.
