The preseason rolls on for the Chicago Bulls as the countdown to the 2026-27 season continues. For the Bulls, they are ushering in the Tiago Splitter era as a rebuild is officially underway for the franchise.
Chicago Bulls rookie Caleb Wilson delivered an impressive performance in his second preseason game despite a 102-100 loss to the Memphis Grizzlies on Friday. After a slow first half, the No. 4 overall draft pick scored 21 points, including 15 points from beyond the arc on 5-of-11 shooting from three-point range.
Wilson missed a potential game-winning three-pointer late in regulation under new head coach Tiago Splitter. The expanded perimeter shooting marks a significant development for the former North Carolina standout, who averaged just 1.1 three-point attempts per game during his college career.
