Knicks Bulletin: ‘We’re gonna have each other’s back, regardless’

Jalen Brunson emphasized team unity amid outside noise and contract situations, stating the New York Knicks will have each other's backs regardless of distractions. Brunson noted that every player plans to remain professional despite ongoing discussions surrounding teammate Josh Hart's postponed contract extension negotiations. Hart expressed that he is not stressed about his contract status and remains fully focused on helping the team compete.

Head coach Mike Brown praised Bruce Brown's defensive energy and camp effort as he battles for a roster spot, while also reflecting on his admiration for Tom Coughlin. Additionally, Bruce Brown argued that the NBA's second apron negatively impacts middle-class players, a claim NBA Commissioner Adam Silver countered by citing a 30 percent pay increase across all player classes.
